To prepare and develop youth of all backgrounds with the qualities needed to become responsible citizens and leaders. Therefore, we provide services that challenge and develop our youth based on behavioral, motivational and educational guidance.

Our programs include:
- Youth sports
- Computer literacy
- Homework assistance
- Conflict resolution
- Drug, alcohol, tobacco and early sexual involvement prevention
We bus children from all eleven public elementary schools in Hobbs to one of our four after-school sites. We serve a healthy snack and provide a healthy eating program called Triple Play. We serve over 350 children everyday.
